TeamViewer: Case Study Series

Often, the projects that make the most money for my clients don't come with a dramatic view-count.

Why? Because they’re enterprise sales tools, not B2C commercials.

Which means no viral moment, no waking up to their Instagram followers having doubled or tripled.

But films like these, in the hands of the right sales person, turn “I don’t get it” from a prospect, into “Where do I sign?”.

In other words, films like these help close million dollar enterprise sales.

TeamViewer is one of the world's leading remote connectivity platforms.

When they needed documentary-style films to support their enterprise sales team, so we worked with them to produce two partner case stories from concept through delivery.

And we did a little bit of traveling to make it happen.

The first took us to Ohio, where we documented TeamViewer's Augmented Reality integration in DHL warehouses.

DHL is one of the largest logistics networks on the planet. The film captures what it actually looks like when enterprise software works at that scale, the people, the operations, the real-world impact of a technology partnership most people never think about.

Next was Chicago, to document TeamViewer's work the company behind the self-ordering screens you've used at Burger King, Dunkin', & other worldwide chains.

Acrelec designs, manufactures, and maintains those screens at massive scale, and TeamViewer is embedded in that infrastructure. Our job was to make that story human and watchable for a buyer sitting in a boardroom who has never heard of either company.

Both films are documentary in approach: real locations, real people, real conversations.

No scripts, no teleprompter.

Why? Because they’re sales tools. And sales flows require trust. And documentary-case-study-films like these build massive amounts of it.
